Today with the help of some of very special guests the Ladies gave us a head start on the summer season with an entire show dedicated to A Day at the Beach! Throughout the program, the cast of Good Vibrations, a Broadway musical inspired by the songs of The Beach Boys, got us ready for some "Fun, Fun, Fun" by performing a few of the legendary bands classic hits.
First up, Suzie Yalof Schwartz, fashion editor-at-large for Glamour magazine, showed those of us who are dreading the upcoming swimsuit season the best bathing suit alternatives. Below you will find a list of beach wear featured on today's show and where you can find them.

Next, Dana Dickey, senior editor of Condé Nast Traveler, took us on a coast to coast tour of America's best beaches for singles, couples and families.

After that, party planner extraordinaire David Tutera showed us how to throw the ultimate beach bash. Wash and remove stems from one container of cherry tomatoes. Place tomatoes in Tupperware and pour a ½ cup vodka over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready, skewer with bamboo and serve on a bed of course sea salt. Enjoy!
- 2 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- Lime wedge
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Add the cranberry juice then top off with the grapefruit juice. Do not stir. Garnish with the lime wedge.
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces Chambord
- 1 ounce sour mix
- 1 ounce Rose's lime juice
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- Lime wedge
Put plenty of ice cubes and all the ingredients except the lime wedge in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour into a low cocktail or margarita glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce of Blue Curacao
- Splash of Cointreau
- Club Soda
- Key lime for garnish
Pour gin, Blue Curacao and Cointreau in a highball glass with ice. Fill with club soda and stir. Garnish with a key lime slice.
Then the cast of the Broadway smash Good Vibrations sang a medley of The Beach Boys soundtrack for fun in the sun. If you're in New York City, be sure to catch Good Vibrations now playing at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre.
And lastly, one lucky studio audience member walked away with a six day, five night stay at the Coral Sands Hotel, Harbour Island including roundtrip airfare provided courtesy of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism.
