All room rates are subject to a 20% additional tax/resort fee & service charge except for the Beach House which is subject to 10% tax plus $100/night in service fees.

| Deposit Policy |

Deposit with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) is required for all reservations at time of booking. For room reservations of 3 nights, a deposit equal to the full amount of the room charge will be due at the time of booking. For Christmas / New Year holidays the balance of the amount is required 60 days prior to arrival.

| Cancellation Policy |

All reservations for rooms and suites must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation and / or no show fee (fee depends on length of stay). Reservations for Christmas/New Year holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival after which no refunds are allowed.
