Deposit Policy	:	Villa Carissa requires full pre-payment at time of booking. No taxes or service fees applies to Villa Carissa.
Cancellation Policy	:	Villa Carissa needs to be cancelled at least 60 days prior in order to avoid penalties. There are no refunds for "no shows" or early departures.

Hotel Policies

Rate Basis	:	All rates are per night based on double occupancy except for the Beach House which is based on 4 people. All room rates are nightly & do not include meals.
Additional Person Rate	:	$50/day
Room Taxes & Service Fees	:	All room rates are subject to a 20% additional tax/resort fee & service charge except for the Beach House which is subject to 10% tax plus $100/night in service fees.
Deposit Policy	:	Deposit with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) is required for all reservations at time of booking. For room reservations of 3 nights, a deposit equal to the full amount of the room charge will be due at the time of booking. For Christmas / New Year holidays the balance of the amount is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stays	:	3-night minimum stay requirement for all rooms & suites. Christmas / New Year holiday has a 7 night minimum.
Cancellation Policy	:	All reservations for rooms and suites must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation and / or no show fee (fee depends on length of stay). Reservations for Christmas/New Year holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival after which no refunds are allowed.
Promotions & Offers	:	Special offers and/or promotions may not be combined.
