Hotel Policies

Rate Basis :
All rates are per night based on double occupancy except for the Beach House and Sea Oats, which are based on 4 people. All room rates are nightly & do not include meals.
Additional Person Rate :
$50/day

Room Taxes & Service Fees :
All room rates are subject to a 24% additional tax/resort fee & service charge

Cottage Taxes & Service Fees : All cottage rates are subject to a 19% additional tax/resort fee & service charge

Villa Carissa Government Fee : Villa Carissa rates are subject to a 10% government tax.
Deposit Policy :
Deposit with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) is required for all reservations at time of booking. For room reservations of 3 nights, a deposit equal to the full amount of the room charge will be due at the time of booking. For Christmas / New Year holidays the balance of the amount is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Stays :
Three-night minimum stay required, except during the Christmas / New Year holiday, which has a 7 night minimum.

Cancellation Policy : All reservations for rooms and suites must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation and / or no show fee (fee depends on length of stay). Reservations for Christmas/New Year holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival after which no refunds are allowed.
Promotions & Offers :
As a special promotion to our valued guests, every 5th night of your stay is free. This promotion ends on December 17, 2010 and is not valid from 8/1/10 through 8/31/10.
